If you have recently enountered a defect or mechanical issue with your TRUGLO product, give us a call toll free at 1-888-887-8456 or email at email@example.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be assigned to you by one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Be sure to have the product name and/or item number when you contact us. The TRUGLO item number can be found above the barcode on the packaging and will start with “TG” (ex. TG6401GB).
Please allow two weeks from receipt of RMA# to TRUGLO, for processing and outbound shipping.
When we assign an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #), we must first receive the defective product back to TRUGLO before we can send its replacement.
The dealer where you purchased this TRUGLO product is also authorized to make an over the counter replacement of this product for you if you are having trouble with any mechanical aspect of the product.
If returning to TRUGLO, please be sure to clearly write RMA# on the outside of your package.
We recommend to use a shipping service with tracking information available.
Please include a check payable to TRUGLO for $12.50 for processing and return shipping, sales tax does apply to the below states.
