Question: I have a TRUGLO red dot and do not know how to replace the battery, how do I go about doing this?

Answer: The battery compartment access cap lies at the top of the reticle selector knob.  It’s a thin metal cap, about as thin as a dime at the top of this structure. You’ll need to hold the selector still, while simultaneously turning the battery cap counter clockwise. This is generally a two-handed operation. Turn this cap counter clockwise until it comes away from its threads. This will now let you access the battery compartment.
